Racine's Southwestern Cheese Dip
List of Ingredients
1 pound 4 ounces cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 to 2 jalapenos, fresh, diced fine
2 green onions, chopped fine
½ red bell pepper, chopped fine
2 to 3 ( 6 ounce cans ) diced green chilies, chopped
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
Recipe
Soften cream cheese to room temperature, add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese. Mix well. Fold in grated cheddar cheese. Place in glass baking dish or divide into smaller portions. Place in oven at
350 ° for approximately 10 minutes until bubbly and a little brown. Garnish with sliced avocado, your favorite salsa and warm corn tortilla chips.
