List of Ingredients
16 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 3/4 cups Swanson Beef Broth
1 3/4 cups uncooked noodles (3 ounces)
1 1/2 cups frozen green beans
1 1/2 cups frozen sliced carrots
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tsp dried parsley flakesRecipe
1. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. (drain fat)
2. Add beef broth. Mix well to combine. Stir in uncooked noodles, green beans, and sliced carrots. Bring mixture to a boil. Then, lower heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until noodles and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in black pepper, mushroom soup, and parsley flakes. Continue simmering for 10 minutes, or until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
