Honey Mustard Meatloaf

Recipe Introduction
This is the first meat loaf that I have made that passes my fussy young daughters approval.
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine meat, crumbs, onion, basil, salt and pepper.
- Stir in eggs, mixing lightly, but thoroughly.
- Shape into loaf.
- Combine honey and mustard, brush half mixture on loaf.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Brush with remaining honey mustard mixture.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes more.
