List of Ingredients
4 packs yeast
1 1/2c warm water (about 110 degrees)
1/2t salt
1/2c brown sugar
2c soft silk cake flour
2 1/2c occident flour (more as needed)
Recipe
mix together yeast n water dissolve set aside.
in large bowl mix the salt, brown sugar, and both flours.
let rise 15 min, divide into 12 pieces and form into pretzels. dip into warm water with 4 tsp baking soda.
place on a greased cookie sheet sprinkle with sea salt, bake 8-10 min at 500 degrees, brush with butter directly from oven.
if using bulk yeast ,1 TBSP is equal to 1 package.
