List of Ingredients
2 3/4 c reg flour
2 1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 c Crisco oil or lard
1/2 c butter milk
3 1/2 bananas
1/2 c butter milk
2 extra large eggs
1 c broken black walnuts
buttermilk:
3 1/2 tablespoons dark vinegar into a cup then fill with milk n let set for 10 min. Recipe
1. combine flour,sugar,baking soda and powder, and salt,set aside.
2. in separate bowl beat Crisco, 1/2 c buttermilk,and bananas,set aside.
3. in bowl add 1/2 c butter milk 2 ex large eggs,black walnuts.add to banana mixture,then add to dry ingredients.
bake 350 40-45 min
i use the fluffy icing from the store, or you could use a cream cheese frosting.
