    cake:
    1 1/2 cups cooking oil
    3 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    3 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    3 cups chopped nuts
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Icing:
    1 cup sugar
    1 stick (1 cup) butter or peanut butter
    6 Tsbp crisco
    3 Tsbp flour
    1tsb vanilla
    2/3 cup milk


    Recipe



    cake: mix all ingredients well, bake 350 55 - 60 min.

    Icing: combine all ingredients mix on high for 12 yes 12 minutes.
