Our Ranch-Style Cucumber Salad doesn't need much to make it delicious. Add it to your favorite cook-out menu, and we'll guarantee guests will want seconds!
What You'll Need:
• 4 cups sliced cucumbers
• 1/4 cup chopped red onion
• 1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
• 1/2 cup fat-free Ranch dressing
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
What To Do:
1. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and onions.
2. Pour ranch dressing over cucumbers and onions. Add salt and black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
3. Serve or cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
