Herbed Jelly
Goes well with lamb.

3/4 cup (serving size: 3 tablespoons)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple jelly
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 rosemary sprig
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir well. Let stand 15 minutes; discard rosemary sprig. Serve warm or at room temperature.
