    SE: Creole Meat Seasoning Mix Recipe

    Yield: 1 cup

    Make your own Creole meat seasoning for use in cooking and grilling meats. Its wonderful flavor melts into meat, adding savory spice.

    Ingredients:
    • 2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 cup finely minced garlic
    • 2 Tbsp. pepper
    • 2 Tbsp. white pepper
    • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
    • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    • 2 tsp. cumin seed

    Preparation:
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour into airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Keeps 1 year. Use as preseasoning for beef or pork roasts, chickens, and fish like salmon.
