    Elegant but easy, this lemon-orange flavored punch gets its sparkle from ginger ale and champagne. Perfect for a brunch, luncheon or any celebration.

    What You Need:
    • 2 cups boiling water
    • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
    • 2 cups cold orange juice
    • 1 bottle (750 mL) champagne, chilled
    • 3 cups cold ginger ale
    • ice cubes

    Make It:
    Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.

    Stir in juice. Cool to room temperature.

    Pour gelatin mixture into punch bowl just before serving. Add champagne and ginger ale; stir. Add ice.
