    READER'S COMMENT: "made these for family and pets; macaw tried to peel but finally ate two while we laughed at her. although, i had a high blood reading the next day but will make again and again because they are good, easy and fun. "

    Ingredients:
    • 8 mini apple-cinnamon rice cakes
    • 1-1/2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
    • 4 banana slices

    Preparation:
    1. Spread 4 rice cakes with peanut butter; top each with a banana slice and the remaining rice cakes.
