    Preparation Time: 10 min

Our Spicy Dijon Deviled Eggs are a zesty alternative to the traditional deviled egg recipes that are so popular at picnics and potlucks. Our version uses lighter ingredients without sacrificing any of the great flavors!

    What You'll Need:
    • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
    • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
    • 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
    • 1/4 teaspoon Creole or other spicy seasoning blend
    • Paprika for garnish

    What To Do:
    1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove yolk. In a large bowl, with a fork, thoroughly mash egg yolks; add mayonnaise, mustard and seasoning. Beat until mixture is creamy and smooth.

    2. Mound egg yolk mixture evenly onto egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.
