Buffalo Catfish Strips is a great low-fat appetizer substitution for traditional buffalo wings and we think they'll be your new party favorite!

    What You'll Need:
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
    • 1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce
    • 1 1/2 cup coarsely crushed cornflakes
    • 1 pound catfish fillets, cut into 18 strips
    • Cooking spray

    What To Do:
    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

    2. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and red pepper; mix well.

    3. Place the wing sauce in a second shallow dish, and the crushed cornflakes in a third shallow dish.

    4. Coat the fish strips in the flour mixture then dip in the wing sauce and roll in the crushed cornflakes, coating completely. Place the fish strips on the baking sheet and lightly coat the tops with cooking spray.

    5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.

    Note:
Go ahead and make these as mild or hot as you'd like. Just choose the amount of paprika and ground red pepper, and the intensity of the wing sauce that you want. No matter which way you serve 'em, your gang will be hooked!
