This is better than ice cream!! Great for those days you realize after dinner you're way under your protein limit. A treat that's good for you!

    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup fresh raspberries
    1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp honey
    5 almonds, coarsely chopped

    Tips:
Try this frozen--we loved it that way!
You can use any kind of yogurt. I use the Greek because it's not very sweet, so it balances out the honey and berries.

    Directions:
Spoon the yogurt into a bowl. Drizzle the honey over it and stir. Add the raspberries and chopped almonds. I mix the honey in first so that the raspberries don't break up during stirring.
