    Snow Peas & Cherry Tomatoes (2)

    2 servings (serving size: 1 cup)

    Ingredients:
    1-1/2 cups snow peas, trimmed
    3 tablespoons water
    1/2 teaspoon butter or stick margarine
    1/4 teaspoon sugar

    12 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

    Preparation:
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates.

    Add the tomatoes, and cook for 2 minutes or until tomatoes are thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

    One 1-cup serving equals: Calories 88 (Calories from fat 28 %); Fat 2.7 g (Satfat 0.9 g, Monofat 0.8 g, Polyfat 0.8 g); Protein 3.8 g; Carbohydrate 13.6 g; Fiber 4 g; Cholesterol 3 mg; Sodium 170 mg
