Tuna steaks are so popular at restaurants; so why not save money and make your own Sesame Crusted Tuna at home? Our easy tuna steak recipe is light and healthy yet full of flavor.

    What You'll Need:
    • 4 tuna steaks (4 ounces each)
    • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

    What To Do:
    1. Rub both sides of the tuna steaks with the sesame oil and garlic, then season with the salt and black pepper.

    2. Place the sesame seeds in a shallow dish and press the tuna into the seeds to coat completely.

    3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated fish and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

    Notes:
If sodium is not a concern for you, drizzle this with light soy sauce just before serving.
