    It won't take much convincing for you to get your gang on board with this nutritious dinner idea. Lemon juice adds the perfect amount of zest to our Sizzlin' Catfish and we're sure it'll be a hit!

    What You'll Need:
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 4 (4-ounce) catfish fillets
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

    What To Do:
    1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.

    2. Season the catfish fillets with the salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

    3. Serve the fish topped with the vegetables.
