    This sinfully rich-tasting Creamy Lime Pie complete with chocolate cookie crumb crust is completely guilt-free! Yes you can enjoy all the tastes you crave from a bakery-style favorite!

    What You'll Need:
    • 1 package (4-serving-size) instant sugar-free lime gelatin mix
    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 2 cups reduced-fat lime-flavored yogurt
    • 2 cups sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
    • 1 (9-inch) sugar-free chocolate cookie crumb crust (see Note)

    What To Do:
    1. In a small bowl, add gelatin mix to boiling water; stir to dissolve. Let cool to room temperature.

    2. Stir yogurt into gelatin and whisk to blend. Stir in whipped topping until mixture is smooth.

    3. Spoon mixture into crust and refrigerate until set. Cut into 8 wedges.


    Notes:
    To make your own crust, in a small bowl, combine 1-1/4 cups sugar-free chocolate cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie plate, and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven about 6 minutes. Just be sure to cool completely before filling.
