Our Key West Chicken is so bright and tasty you'll never know it's good for you, too! Just like they do in the free and easy Florida Keys, garnish this with a few slices of lime for even more color!

    What You'll Need:
    • 2 tablespoons canola oil
    • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    • 1 large red onion, halved and cut into 1/4-inch strips
    • 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    • 1/2 pound asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
    • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    What To Do:
    1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and onion, and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken, stirring occasionally.

    2. Add the bell pepper; cover, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    3. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the asparagus is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

    Notes:
    • To make this a gluten-free recipe, use seasoning with no added starch from a gluten-containing source.

    • The next time you're in the mood for a taste of the tropics, you can try this dish with the catch of the day instead of chicken breasts for a fresh change of pace.
