    Irish cream liqueur gives this chocolate mousse its deep, complex flavor. Top with raspberries and wow the after-dinner crowd.

    What You Need:
    • 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
    • 1-1/4 cups cold milk
    • 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
    • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
    • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
    • 1/2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, shaved

    Make It:
    • Beat pudding mix, milk and liqueur in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.

    • Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 20 min.

    • Top with remaining COOL WHIP, berries and chocolate.

    One 1/2-cup serving equals: Calories 210; Total fat 8g (Saturated fat 7g); Cholesterol 5mg; Sodium 310mg; Carbohydrate 30g; Dietary fiber 1g; Sugars 22g; Protein 3g
