    Tangy Asian Quick Salad Dressing

    Serves: 4 (2 T. ea)

    Ingredients:
    • 2 tsp. lemon juice
    • 2 tsp. honey
    • 2 Tbsp. vinegar (white or cider)
    • 4 Tbsp. oil (extra virgin olive, vegetable or canola)
    • 1 tsp. fresh, grated ginger root
    • 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

    Directions:
    1. Add all ingredients to small bowl and whisk well. Refrigerate leftovers.

    Additional Tips:
    Dressing tip: Fat-free, low sodium chicken or vegetable broth can replace some oil in any dressing recipe, so can water.
