    Avocado Salsa

    Ingredients:
    2 avocados, chopped small
    1 cup peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes
    2 minced serrano chili peppers, or to taste
    1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
    2 tablespoons finely minced red onion
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    salt to taste
    freshly ground black pepper

    Directions:
    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve as a garnish for bean soups or grilled chicken.
