Minutes to Prepare: 25 - Minutes to Cook: 300
Number of Servings: 4. (3 ounces cooked meat, 1/2 cup potatoes, and 1 cup green beans.)

Your entire dinner will be waiting on you when you get home with this meal.

    Ingredients:
4 (4-ounce) boneless top loin pork chops
    1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium white or yellow onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
2 cups sliced mushrooms, (about 8 ounces)
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
2 teaspoons no salt Italian seasoning blend
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound redskin potatoes, quartered (about 8 potatoes)
4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed (about 12 ounces)

    Tips:
You can change up the herb blend as desired.
Our blend contained dried parsley, oregano, basil, and thyme.

    Directions:
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, then coat with cooking spray. Add the pork and cook two minutes per side.

Set the pork chops aside, then return the skillet to the heat. Add the oil, then the onions. Cook for three minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the mushrooms and cook another two minutes, until the mushrooms are soft and starting to brown.

Stir in the flour and cook for one minute, then slowly pour in the stock.

Stir constantly for three minutes, until the sauce thickens. Add the seasoning blend and pepper, then turn off the heat.

Place the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with the pork, then the onion-mushroom mixture.

Cover and cook on low for five to six hours. About 15 minutes before you're ready to eat, add the green beans. Cook until tender.

    Serve immediately.
