    Introduction:
    You'll never think of a burrito the same way!
    Number of Servings: 8 wraps, 1 per serving

    Ingredients:
    8 collard leaves, thick stems removed
    1 block baked tofu
    1 can refried black beans
    1 cup chopped tomatoes
    1 avocado, mashed

    Directions:
    Steam the collard greens until pliable. Layer ingredients inside greens, wrap like a burrito and serve.
