What You'll Need:
• 1 tablespoon canola or olive oil
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed (about 20)
• 1 hard-boiled egg white, chopped
What To Do:
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add asparagus and cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until just tender. Remove from skillet and let cool to room temperature.
Arrange asparagus spears on serving platter and drizzle with oil mixture. Garnish with chopped egg.
