A splash of orange gives our Sunny Asparagus Spears such a fresh taste. We know a lot of you make asparagus for company, but when you see how quickly this delicious veggie recipe comes together, we're betting you'll treat yourself to it on a weeknight soon.

    What You'll Need:
    • 1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 1 1/2 tablespoon reduced-fat buttery spread
    • 1 1/2 tablespoon grated orange peel
    • 2 tablespoons orange juice

    What To Do:
    1. Place asparagus in a microwaveable 2-quart dish. Add water. Cover and cook on HIGH 3 minutes. Rearrange spears and cook an additional 3 minutes, or until asparagus are tender-crisp.

    2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine buttery spread, orange peel, and juice. Cook and stir until buttery spread slightly browns. Add asparagus; stir gently over low heat until asparagus are completely coated and warmed through.
