    Recipe Introduction


    One Sunday afternoon, my mom and I were talking about food, and my mom said "You know what would be good....?" These amazing tidbits were born from that thought.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package baby portabellas, cleaned and stemmed
    • 1/4 c balsamic vinaigrette
    • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 tbsp sour cream
    • 1 6-oz can crabmeat, drained and checked for shell
    • 3 whole scallions, diced
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp crushed cashews


    Instructions


    1. Marinade mushrooms in vinaigrette while preparing other ingredients.
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    3. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon a dollop into each mushroom.
    4. Place in single layer in large baking dish and cook for 10 minutes or until hot.
    5. Serve warm.
