Cheesy ham and potatoes

Recipe Introduction
This recipe reminds me of the cheddar potato soup found in a lot of restaurants, but with less "broth." Serve with rolls and you have a complete meal.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 c ham, cubed
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 brick velveeta cheese (1 lb)
- 10 oz can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and cook in slow cooker on low. Stir once crockpot heats up, to distribute the cheese and soup. Continue to cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Hint: If you boil the potatoes first, the meal cooks in about 3 hours.
