    Recipe Introduction


    This recipe reminds me of the cheddar potato soup found in a lot of restaurants, but with less "broth." Serve with rolls and you have a complete meal.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c ham, cubed
    • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    • 1/2 brick velveeta cheese (1 lb)
    • 10 oz can cream of celery soup
    • 1/2 medium onion, diced


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients and cook in slow cooker on low. Stir once crockpot heats up, to distribute the cheese and soup. Continue to cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Hint: If you boil the potatoes first, the meal cooks in about 3 hours.
