    List of Ingredients




    6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    3/4 c salsa
    1/4 c chunky peanut butter
    2 tsp soy sauce
    2 tsp lime juice

    Recipe



    Lay chicken in bottom of crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
