Christmas Breakfast Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 8 slices bread trimmed and cubed
- 1 1/2 pound sharpe cheddar cheese grated
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds bulk sausage, browned and drained
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- dash red pepper
- dash paparika
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon grated onion (optional)
Instructions
- Cut bread into cubes. Mix all other ingredients.
- Layer with bread into lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle some of the cheese on top.
- Refridgerate 24 hours.
- Bake at 300 for 1 hour or until done in the middle.
