    List of Ingredients


    • 8 slices bread trimmed and cubed
    • 1 1/2 pound sharpe cheddar cheese grated
    • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds bulk sausage, browned and drained
    • 2 1/2 cups milk
    • 6 eggs beaten
    • 1 Tablespoon sugar
    • dash red pepper
    • dash paparika
    • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
    • pepper to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • dash of worcestershire sauce
    • 1 Tablespoon grated onion (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Cut bread into cubes. Mix all other ingredients.
    2. Layer with bread into lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle some of the cheese on top.
    3. Refridgerate 24 hours.
    4. Bake at 300 for 1 hour or until done in the middle.
