    Mexican Beer Drinking Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. fine ground steak (not hamburger)
    • 1 large yellow onion
    • 1 large green bellpepper
    • 2 large dill pickles
    • 12 fresh jalipino peppers
    • 1 raw egg
    • 1 large fresh lemon or 1/2 cup lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon vinegar
    • 1 cup cracker crumbs
    • 1 large fresh tomato


    Instructions


    1. Pour boiling water over steak in a Colander. Let drain while grinding all other ingredients with meat grinder. Or chop real fine.

    2. Serve on salty crackers as a dip.
