    This is so good hot with vanilla ice cream!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 1/2 teas. baking powder
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 teas. vanilla
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 stick of butter
    • 1 large can of sliced peaches (drained)
    • fresh peaches are great but it takes the "easy" out of it.


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter into baking pan. Place peaches in melted butter.
    2. Make batter from the other six ingredients and pour over peaches
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.


    Final Comments


    This bakes up like a peach cobbler.
