    Loveless Cafe Southern Pecan Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 eggs
    • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup corn syrup
    • 2 Tbls. unsalted butter
    • 1 1/2 teas. vanilla extract
    • 1 1/4 cup pecans
    • 10" unbaked pie shell


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs slightly to combine yolks and whites.
    2. Add corn syrup and sugars.
    3. Melt butter and add to eggs and sugar.
    4. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Blend well.
    5. Pour into pie crust.
    6. Bake 50 minutes until set.
