    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 1/2 cup Wesson buttery flavored oil
    • 1 1/ teas. baking powder
    • 3 cup flour
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 1 box poppy seeds
    • 1 cup nuts (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Blend 4 eggs and sugar.
    2. Mix in oil.
    3. Blend flour, baking powder and salt.
    4. Alternate flour mix and evaporated milk to egg mixture.
    5. Fold in poppyseeds and nuts.
    6. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more.
