    A fresh tasting apple cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups diced raw apples
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 tsp. baking soda
    • 2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 cup wesson oil
    • 2 eggs, well beaten
    • 1 cup diced nuts


    Instructions


    1. mix apples with sugar and vanilla.
    2. Add the rest of dry ingredients.
    3. mix oil and eggs together and then add to apple mixture.
    4. After blended together pour into bunt pan, bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
