    List of Ingredients


    • 2 sticks butter at room tempature
    • 1 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 teas. rum extract
    • 5 eggs
    • 2 cups flour
    • Icing
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 teas. rum extract
    • Boil 1 minute and pour over hot cake


    Instructions


    1. In large bowl cream butter and sugar until blended.
    2. add eggs 1 at a time, mixing between each
    3. add rum extract
    4. add flour slowly and mix until moist.
    5. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
    6. Pour icing over cake while hot
