List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds powdered sugar
- 4 Tabls. butter
- 3 Tabls. shortening
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk,
- 1 large pkg Angle Flake Coconut
- 3 cups finely chopped pecans
- 3/4 pkg. parafin
- large pkg chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream first 3 ingredients with hands.
- Add milk and coconut and mix well.
- Add pecans and roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Chill ovrnight to be firm.
- Melt wax and chocolate over double boiler.
- Dip balls into chocolate with a toothpick and place on waxed paper until cool.
Final Comments
Makes 200 balls.
