    Chocolate Balls

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds powdered sugar
    • 4 Tabls. butter
    • 3 Tabls. shortening
    • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk,
    • 1 large pkg Angle Flake Coconut
    • 3 cups finely chopped pecans
    • 3/4 pkg. parafin
    • large pkg chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Cream first 3 ingredients with hands.

    2. Add milk and coconut and mix well.

    3. Add pecans and roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Chill ovrnight to be firm.

    4. Melt wax and chocolate over double boiler.

    5. Dip balls into chocolate with a toothpick and place on waxed paper until cool.



    Final Comments


    Makes 200 balls.
