    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup whipping cream or canned milk
    • 1 16 oz. box light brown sugar
    • 2 cups chopped pecans
    • 2 Tbls.. butter
    • 1 teas. vanilla
    • 2-3 teas. water


    Instructions


    1. Mix milk, brown sugar in microwaveable 2 qt. glass bowl. Microwave on high for 13 minutes. Do not stir.
    2. Add pecans, butter and vanilla to hot mixture, stir until mixture is stiff.
    3. Add 2-3 teas. of water and stir.
    4. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
