Salmon Burgers

- 4 Tbls. light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbls. chopped fresh dill
- 1 lb. salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teas. each salt and black pepper
- 4 whole-wheat hambugrer buns, toasted
Instructions
- Stir together mayo and 1 Tbls. of the dill; set aside.
- In bowl of food processork, pulse remaining dill, salmon, bread crumbs, scallions and salt and pepper until combined.
- Form into four 3" round burgers and coat both sides with nonstick cooking spray.
- Grill burgers for 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Place on buns and spread each with 1 Tb.s of the dill mayo.
