    • 4 Tbls. light mayonnaise
    • 2 Tbls. chopped fresh dill
    • 1 lb. salmon fillet, skin removed
    • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
    • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 teas. each salt and black pepper
    • 4 whole-wheat hambugrer buns, toasted


    Instructions


    1. Stir together mayo and 1 Tbls. of the dill; set aside.
    2. In bowl of food processork, pulse remaining dill, salmon, bread crumbs, scallions and salt and pepper until combined.
    3. Form into four 3" round burgers and coat both sides with nonstick cooking spray.
    4. Grill burgers for 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
    5. Place on buns and spread each with 1 Tb.s of the dill mayo.
