    List of Ingredients


    • 4-5 lb. brisket
    • 2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
    • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 med. onion, chopped
    • 2 cups apple juice


    Instructions


    1. Rub brisket with liquid smoke. Place in roasting pan.
    2. Sprinkle with onion powder and salt. Add chopped onion.
    3. Pour apple juice over meat.
    4. Cover and cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour per pound.
    5. Use drippings for gravy over sliced meat.
