List of Ingredients
- 4-5 lb. brisket
- 2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 med. onion, chopped
- 2 cups apple juice
Instructions
- Rub brisket with liquid smoke. Place in roasting pan.
- Sprinkle with onion powder and salt. Add chopped onion.
- Pour apple juice over meat.
- Cover and cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour per pound.
- Use drippings for gravy over sliced meat.
