    List of Ingredients


    • 4 medium sized apples
    • 1/1/2 cups sugar
    • 1 pint water
    • BISCUIT DOUGH
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1/2 teas. salt
    • 2 Tbls. sugar
    • 4 tsp. baking powder
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 4 tsp. butter
    • cinnamon and sugar


    Instructions


    1. Peel, core and chop fine apples.
    2. Cook water and sugar in deep baking dish over low heat.
    3. While syrup is cooking, make biscuit dough.
    4. Roll out into a rectangle about 1/2" thick.
    5. Spread with chopped apples.
    6. Roll starting at long side and press seam together. Cut into 1 1/2" wide pieces.
    7. Place with cut side down in hot syrup.
    8. Place small pieces of butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    9. Bake 25 minutes at 450 degrees
