Apple Roll

List of Ingredients
- 4 medium sized apples
- 1/1/2 cups sugar
- 1 pint water
- BISCUIT DOUGH
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 2 Tbls. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 tsp. butter
- cinnamon and sugar
Instructions
- Peel, core and chop fine apples.
- Cook water and sugar in deep baking dish over low heat.
- While syrup is cooking, make biscuit dough.
- Roll out into a rectangle about 1/2" thick.
- Spread with chopped apples.
- Roll starting at long side and press seam together. Cut into 1 1/2" wide pieces.
- Place with cut side down in hot syrup.
- Place small pieces of butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake 25 minutes at 450 degrees
