    Never Fail Pie Crust

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups four
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 1/2 cups shortening
    • 1 egg
    • 6 Tbls. cold water
    • 1 tsp. white vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Sift flour and salt.
    2. Add shortening.
    3. Mix in beaten egg.
    4. Add cold water and vinegar.
    5. Form into 3 balls and chill at least an hour.
