    • 12 Chicken Wings
    • 1 Tbls. garlic powder
    • 2 teas. onion powder
    • 4 Tbls. oil
    • 2 Tbls. catsup
    • 1 Tbls. honey
    • 4 teas. hot souce
    • 1 Teas. liquid smoke
    • 2 Teas. chili powder


    Instructions


    1. separate chicken wings at joints into 3 parts each, discarding tips.
    2. Arrange on double layer of paper towels around outer edge of turntable or a roasting rack.
    3. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
    4. Baste with 3/4 of sauce, cover with wax paper
    5. Microwave at HIGH for 6 minutes.
    6. Rearrange pieces and baste with remaining sauce.
    7. Microwave at HIGH until juices run clear about 4-6 minutes more.
