    Vern's BBQ Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • Two 64 oz. (one 64 oz) (one 32 oz.) bottles of ketchup
    • One 64 oz. (one 32 oz) (one 16 oz) apple cider vinegar
    • One 15 oz. (71/2 oz) (31/2 oz.)bottle of Worchestershire sauce
    • One 16 oz. (8oz) (4oz) bottle of yellow mustard
    • 4 tsp. (2 teas) (1 teas) black pepper
    • Two tsp. (1 teas) (1/2 teas) red pepper
    • Six cups (3 cups) (11/2 cups) of sugar


    Instructions


    1. Put ketchup and mustard in sauce pan and wisk together.

    2. Add the dry ingredients and heat to bubbling.

    3. Stir in the sugar and lower heat to simmer.

    4. Simmer for 30-40 minutes. Pour on meat hot or cooled.
