English Pea Salad

- 1 16 oz. whte corn drained
- 1 16oz. can English peas drained
- 1 cup chopped celery ( about 2 ribs)
- 1 green bell pepper finely choppped
- 2 bunches gren onion chopped (1 yellow or white onion)
- MARINADE:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbls. water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbls. salt
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Make marinade and add to veggies.
Final Comments
Bill says the pepper, salt and sugar can be adjusted to your taste.
