List of Ingredients

3 pie crusts
3 lb. ground beef
2 onions
2 clove garlic
4 t. chili powder
1 lb. can olives drained and sliced
1 12 oz. to 1 lb. bag tortilla chips crushed but not too fine
1 small can green chilies
1 15 oz. can tomato paste
1 lb. cheddar cheese grated
1/2 cup sour cream

SUPPLIES:

Skillet
Measuring cup
Measuring spoon



Recipe

Brown ground beef with onions and garlic
Drain ground beef mixture
Add green chilies, chili powder and tomato sauce
Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes
Add tortilla chips, olives, cheddar cheese and sour cream
Pour into pie shells
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
