4 or 5 3/4" thick butterfly pork chops, cut in half
2 eggs
4 T. water
1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
5 T. oil
1/4 cup butter
8 oz. mushrooms sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth

Measuring spoon

Recipe
Beat egg and water together
Dip pork pieces in egg mix
Dip pork pieces in bread crumbs
Fry in oil until brown, about 5 minutes per side
Layer in a 13x9 pan
Melt butter and saute mushrooms
Add soup, sour cream and broth
Pour over pork
Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 325 degrees
