    List of Ingredients

    2 boxes instant stuffing
    1 lb. chicken or turkey cooked
    1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup

    SUPPLIES:

    Pot
    Baking dish

    Recipe

    Prepare stuffing
    Layer bottom of pan with 1/2 stuffing mix
    Pour 1 can cream of chicken soup evenly over stuffing
    Chop up chicken or turkey
    Place chicken or turkey evenly over cream of chicken
    Sprinkle mozzarella over chicken or turkey
    Pour 1 can cream of chicken soup evenly over mozzarella
    Top with remainder of stuffing
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
