    List of Ingredients

    1 can - tropical fruit cocktail.....**completely drained of juices/syrup
    1 can - regular fruit cocktail.....**completely drained of juices/syrup
    1 cup mayonnaise
½ can - sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk!)
    shredded coconut (optional)

    Recipe

. be sure that the canned cocktail is completely drained of all juices and syrup. I drain my fruit in a colander overnight in the fridge to make sure the juices are out.

    2. Combine the fruit, mayonnaise, condensed milk and coconut in a bowl making sure it's fully incorporated. You can add any additional fruit you'd like as long as there are no other juices. If there is some juice, the salad will be slightly watery, but you can just mix it to reincorporate.

    3. Chill for at least an hour and serve!

    4. Another option is to freeze it....and this is really good too! It comes out like a chucky and creamy sorbet.
