    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup crisco
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 3/4 cup applesauce
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    • 4 cups oatmeal
    • 1 1/2 cups raisins


    Instructions


    1. Cream brown sugar, crisco and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add applesauce. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Add oatmeal and raisins. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 7 dozen
